Program Overview
Poplar Pool is our exclusive monthly mailing program that allows Poplar Pro clients to tap into additional savings by joining a larger “pool” of scheduled mailings, without sacrificing the core benefits and features of Poplar.
Participants can take advantage of batched postage and production efficiencies through the overall increased scale of the pool, without needing to mail at significant scale themselves.
Pool Schedules
Mailings run monthly with campaign commitment and submission during the middle of the month and delivery within the first two weeks of the following month.
Clients with individual circulation of 500K+ are eligible to set up their own Poplar Pool on their preferred timeline.
There is a minimum circulation requirement of 50K to join a Poplar Pool.
