DIME Beauty sees prospecting success across multiple DM types

Overview

DIME Beauty is a luxury skincare, beauty and wellness company on a mission to make products that are clean, effective, and approachable.

The Problem

DIME Beauty initially came to Share Local Media having never tested direct mail before. With the majority of their advertising spend on Facebook and Google, they were eager to use their target demographic details to kick off a DM campaign and create a new and effective marketing channel.

Our Solution

DIME Beauty ran an initial standalone DM campaign back in October 2022 and has since continued to scale up circulation and execute 10 campaigns total. The SLM team has ensured they continue to meet goals by optimizing performance through testing all different levers: creative, format, paper, targeting.

Results

DIME Beauty continues to see very strong results, with final CPAs ranging from $24-$59. After seeing such strong success in standalone DM, DIME Beauty has also branched out into our low cost, large-scale shared mail program. Consistently great CPA results in the $20-$40 range allowed DIME Beauty to scale to 2.8MM total circ of shared mail for the whole year!
